Most talks are invited; the rest and most posters come from an open call. Day 1 is ticketed in batches. A two-day pass adds the working day and takes a short application. Speakers, discussion leads, organizers and volunteers attend free.
Ways to take part
The call opens in January. Write now to be in the first invitations.
- 01Present your group's work
Invited group overviews cover a setting, an approach and one unresolved problem. Groups send whoever can best present and discuss their approach.
- 02Submit a talk or poster
Contributed talks, posters and demos come from an open call, including industry case studies and early-stage work.
- 03Lead a working group
Each Day 2 working group has a discussion lead.
