Own one part of the summit

A small, flat team: working responsibilities rather than titles, and every core member is listed as a co-organizer. Each owner recruits their own helpers. Work starts in December 2026, with support from the organizers of the New York symposium.

Open responsibilities

Take one on, or help with one.

  1. 01Program and working groups

Collect groups' evaluation problems and cluster them into themes, run submissions and review, build the agenda, brief working-group leads, and turn the notes into the public summary. Two or three researchers.

  2. 02Operations and registration

Venue, budget, catering, A/V, Luma, participant emails, posters, speaker logistics and the run of show, with day-of volunteers.

  3. 03Partnerships and sponsorship

Sponsor pipeline and follow-up, benefits, comped passes and lab invitations.

  4. 04Communications and design

Event page, calls for participation, speaker assets, social posts and signage. Part-time.

  5. 05Finance and admin

Ticket and sponsorship income, expenses, reimbursements and nonprofit records. Part-time.
