AES publishes research, methods, evaluation science briefs, tools, event materials, and other resources concerning the evaluation of AI agents.
These materials are provided for research and informational purposes. They should be interpreted within the scope, assumptions, methods, and limitations stated in the relevant resource.
AES materials do not constitute professional advice or, by themselves, certification that an AI system is safe, reliable, effective, or appropriate for deployment.
Research findings
Evaluation results apply to the systems, configurations, tasks, environments, data, and conditions described in the relevant study.
Results should not be interpreted as supporting claims beyond the evidence presented.
Unless AES explicitly states otherwise, publication of an analysis, evaluation, note, benchmark, or other resource does not constitute endorsement, approval, or certification of any company, product, model, or AI system.
Commercial engagements
Public AES research materials and commercial evaluation engagements are separate.
Paid evaluation, implementation, infrastructure, or related services may be provided under separate contractual arrangements. The scope, responsibilities, deliverables, confidentiality requirements, intellectual-property terms, warranties, and other conditions for those engagements are governed by the relevant agreement, not by these website terms.
External resources
The website may link to papers, repositories, event platforms, organizations, and other third-party resources.
AES does not control those services and is not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices, or terms.
Intellectual property and licenses
Individual AES resources may be distributed under their own copyright, open-source, data, or content licenses.
Where a specific license is provided, that license governs use of the relevant material.
